Teacher salaries begin at $60,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to $106,500 based on years of experience and performance. Our student teacher placements are based on network talent needs, and not all Mastery schools can accommodate them.
We work to align applicants with their certification area, but content and grade placement are dependent on school needs.
Applicants will be contacted by a representative from our Talent Team, who will provide information about the next steps.
Applicants who are selected and placed at a Mastery campus will receive placement details from a representative of our Talent Team, including the lead teacher’s contact information and the clearances required for the start date.
Student teachers must participate in our traditional application process to be considered for full-time lead teacher roles.
