We are currently hiring teachers for the 2024-2025 school year! Check out what current Mastery teachers have to say about their experience teaching at Mastery Schools.

We believe educational inequity is the most pressing social problem facing our country and the civil rights issue of our day. At Mastery, we aspire to create and sustain a high-performing school district that serves all students with excellence. We educate more than 14,000 students in Camden and Philadelphia and proudly offer academic excellence from crayons to caps and gowns by serving students in grades K-12. Our student body is predominantly made up of students of color from underserved communities, and almost three-quarters of our schools are turnarounds of chronically low-performing district or charter schools that struggled with low-quality instruction, unsupportive school culture, and low student expectations.

Working at Mastery means making a difference every day. In partnership with colleagues, families, and community members, you will create a warm, joyful, student-centered, and welcoming school environment and empower students to thrive.
