Simon Gratz culinary teacher, Kenneth McDuffie, and a few of our CTE 2 Culinary  students were featured in a Black History Month special on Fox 29. After learning about the legacy of enslaved chef, James Hemings and his contributions to the culinary industry, Mr. Duffie and his students prepared some amazing dishes that Hemings brought to us from France.
