Yonca Agatan serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Mastery Schools. In this role, she manages the finance and compliance functions. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s from Robert College. Agatan joined the Mastery Schools network in 2011, but began her career in public accounting and spent more than 15 years at Deloitte across both the audit and consulting functions. She subsequently worked at a financial services firm and served as an interim CFO for small to mid-size companies.
