Randy Frazier is the proud principal of Clymer Elementary. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Principal Frazier is a product of the Philadelphia School District and brings a deep personal connection to the community he serves. He is passionate about supporting students and staff, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring every child has access to a high-quality, joyful education.
Principal Frazier’s journey into education began in 2007, when he served as a City Year Corps Member—an experience that inspired his commitment to educational equity and ultimately led him to pursue a career in education. Over the past 12 years, he has served students and families across North Philadelphia at Simon Gratz High School, Gratz Prep Middle School, and Mastery Prep Elementary as a math teacher, teacher leader, and, most recently, as an assistant principal for the past seven years.
Principal Frazier earned his bachelor’s degree in management and organization from Pennsylvania State University and later earned his master’s degree in education from Relay Graduate School of Education. As a North Philadelphia native, he has dedicated his career to serving the community that raised him. Outside of school, he is an avid runner who participates in multiple races each year and consistently runs the Broad Street Run. He enjoys traveling, dining out, and spending quality time with his godchild and his dog, Kyro.
