Naeemah Seward serves as a Regional Schools Officer for Mastery Schools. Seward began her career as a science and engineering teacher for the School District of Philadelphia. After joining the Mastery Schools network, she began teaching at Mastery Shoemaker Campus before becoming the assistant principal of instruction – STEM and then Principal of Mastery Hardy Williams High.

Seward, a native of Philadelphia, earned her bachelor’s degree from Temple University in mathematics and computer science, a teaching certificate from Drexel University, and her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Scranton.
