Justin Meltzer serves as the proud principal of Hardy Williams High. His teaching career began at the school, where he taught seventh and eighth grade English in 2011. When the school expanded to teach eleventh grade, Meltzer began teaching AP Language. After five years teaching at Hardy Williams High, he joined the leadership team as the assistant principal of instruction until 2022.
His vision for the school is to create opportunities for all students while inspiring them to be the best versions of themselves. Each day he sets out to pursue equity and elevate student and staff voices to ensure each person can contribute to shaping the community.
Principal Meltzer earned his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
