Jessie McDonald is the proud principal of Cramer Hill Elementary. As the school’s founding principal, she is a passionate leader who wants to inspire her students and staff with joy and positive energy.

Before becoming the leader of Cramer Hill, Principal McDonald served as an assistant principal of instruction at North Camden Elementary, which merged with Cramer Hill in 2017, and as a teacher at Mastery’s Mann Elementary in Philadelphia.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and her master’s degree from St. Joseph’s University. A Philadelphia native, Principal McDonald enjoys working close to home and loves embracing all the Camden community has to offer.
