Heather Scheg - Mastery Schools

Heather Scheg serves as a Regional Schools Officer for Mastery Schools. Prior to this role, she spent seven years as principal of Clymer Elementary, where she leveraged strong relationships to build a strong foundation for learning. During her tenure as principal, she played a key role in establishing high academic standards and fostering a culture of growth, consistency, and success for students and staff.

Scheg’s career also includes serving as an assistant principal of instruction at Mastery’s Shoemaker Campus and teaching middle and high school math. She is deeply committed to partnering with students, families, and educators to ensure that Mastery schools are joyful, inclusive, and high-expectation communities where everyone feels valued and challenged to grow. Scheg earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from West Chester University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Chestnut Hill College.
