Chanelle Baylor is the proud principal of Thomas High. Before becoming the school’s leader, she served as the school’s assistant principal of operations for six years and then stepped up as acting principal in 2024.

Principal Baylor has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree from Lincoln University.
