Today, Mastery Schools announced its partnership with Proud Ounces to become the nation’s first public school system to launch a breastfeeding benefit to teachers and staff. This benefit reaffirms the school network’s commitment to supporting working parents at its schools by providing access to pump coaching from Proud Ounces. As part of this employee benefit, Mastery will provide free, 1:1 pump coaching for every staff member as they return from parental leave.
