Parents and students affiliated with Mastery High School of Camden will never hear the phrase ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to a student’s future.

That is because Mastery High School of Camden – the first high school in the city’s North Camden neighborhood, according to its website  – has assembled an “amazing” team of four postsecondary advisors dedicated to helping students discover their career pathways after graduation. Through a comprehensive multi-tiered program, these advisors work tirelessly to ensure students are equipped for success, according to Layla Helwa, the school’s assistant principal of postsecondary programs.
