At Mastery Schools, we know what is required of us to help students live rewarding lives after graduating high school. We are committed to disrupting inequity and this commitment drives the belief that the work we do is critical.

Since 2001, we have expanded to 23 schools and are educating 14,000 students across Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Camden, New Jersey. This growth is credited to our track record of turning around historically underperforming schools.

While we have pride in our accomplishments and the growth of our scholars, we know not ALL students have met success upon graduation. With that, we know we need to generate stronger and more consistent outcomes for students. The strategic plan, which will be implemented over the course of five years from 2024 to 2029, intends to do the work to ensure all students thrive in whichever post-secondary path they take.
