Our Team

Mina Lee serves as the Principal of Molina Elementary, serving students in grades K-8. As the founding assistant principal of instruction (API) and specialized services in 2017, Mina played a critical role in shaping the foundation of the school and creating a nurturing environment for students to thrive.

Mina’s journey in education began in 2009 as a teacher in Atlanta, Georgia. Recognizing the importance of quality education and the need for change, she joined the Teach for America New Jersey team as an instructional coach, supporting and mentoring new teachers. Through these experiences, she gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by both students and educators, fueling her determination to work towards a more equitable system for all students and their families.

Mina has a bachelor of arts degree in education from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Louisiana State University. Her academic achievements, combined with her hands-on experience, have shaped her into a visionary leader committed to providing a holistic and equitable elementary experience for all students.

Stephen Williams serves as the principal of Molina Elementary. He was a founding assistant principal at Mastery High School of Camden and served in the role at East Camden Middle before becoming the principal. Before his commitment to serving the Camden community, he was a math teacher in Philadelphia, teaching fourth through eighth-grade students and coaching teachers.

Williams is a principal who believes students should have a world-class education and is committed to ensuring that experience rings true at Molina Elementary. He believes in creating a Disney-like experience for his students and staff. He believes learning should be fun, challenging, and tailored to student’s needs. He is dedicated to creating an environment where our families, community partners, and staff eagerly work together to achieve student success.
