Our Team

Lynette Padin-Reyes, Principal

[email protected]

Lynette Reyes is the proud Principal of Mastery East Camden MS. Raised in North Philadelphia and a product of a disadvantaged system inspired her passion to educate. Graduating high school and feeling unprepared for post-secondary success sparked a clear purpose for serving our youth. She is committed to creating a space where students receive a world-class education. Mrs. Reyes operates with an extreme sense of urgency to SERVE staff, students and families.

Attending Penn State and later Temple University prepared her with the tools needed to drive student achievement; however, her lived-experiences in an urban environment anchors her in her why. Over the years, Mrs. Reyes has served as a Teacher, Academy Lead, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal and Principal. Her educational experiences have afforded her the opportunity to impact student achievement and well-being for students. Her educational philosophy is based on her uncompromising belief that all students can learn, given a positive learning environment, a committed and focused educational team and a supportive community.

At East Camden MS, Reyes will lead with Lion PRIDE – where every member is committed to the success of all Lions and a strong partnership with families. At ECM, there is an unwavering belief that Middle School is a time for scholars, with the right support, to take responsibility of their academic and social-emotional success. Mrs. Reyes is committed to an unwavering commitment to support, sustain and improve the education experience for ALL students. At ECMS, we believe all students can learn and thrive!

Our staff is available to support you and your child throughout their school experience. We are available to meet with families and answer questions via the email addresses listed here.
